Brew’d Up Designs Return & Refund Policy
Brew’d Up Designs operates as a print-on-demand brand, meaning all products are made uniquely for you and produced only once an order is placed. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size, color, or style was ordered, or if you simply changed your mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we’ll gladly offer a free reprint or refund if you contact us within 30 days of delivery.
If multiple products using the same design are affected, please include an additional photo (or video) showing all impacted items together for confirmation purposes.
Please note that Brew’d Up Designs is not responsible for incorrect size or color selections. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, you may choose between a reprint (for an additional charge) or a partial refund.
For DTG products, a tolerance of 0.5" in print placement is allowed — minor variations in print alignment will not be considered defects.
